You can contact customer service to fill out a mobile phone number change request form. Once you have completed the form, please send it back to our online customer service representatives, who will submit your request for processing.

If your account balance is negative, other platforms typically require you to deposit additional funds before you can continue trading. With us, when you make another deposit, you can contact customer service to request a “negative balance reset.” We will cover the negative balance, and once it is reset, you can resume normal trading, deposits, and withdrawals.

Please go to [My] → [System Settings] → [Close Account] in the app and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Note: After submitting your request, there will be a 15-day freeze period. If you log in during this time, your account closure request will be automatically canceled.

If you need to update your name, gender, nationality, ID type, or the first 1–2 digits of your ID number after successfully opening an account, please contact customer service before your initial bank card information is reviewed.
