You can log in to both demo and live accounts through the app trading platform; the process is the same. Simply switch between your demo and live accounts on the [Trading] page.

You can view your account ID by tapping the [My] page in the app.

Steps to reset your password: Log in to the app, go to [Trading] → [Profile] → tap [Change Login Password] → enter the verification code sent via text message to reset your password, then set a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.

Tap [Confirm] to complete the change.

After logging in to the app, you can view your account ID on the [My] page. When logging in, you can choose to use your phone number and verification code, or simply enter your trading password to log in successfully.

Log in to the app, go to [Trading] → tap [Forgot Password] → enter the SMS verification code to reset your password → set a password of at least 8 characters that includes both uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers → tap [Confirm] to complete the change.
